Helmond’s files through 1999 are held by RHCe. Records from 2000 are requested from the municipality. If construction phases fall on both sides of that date, two requests are needed. The municipality supplies available files for the requested address or location.
Extending an addition built in several phases
When enlarging an existing extension, its former external wall may become an internal line. Sketch retained parts and the new roof connection. Gather records for both phases, even if the older addition looks identical. Its foundations and connections need assessment for their new role.
