What you share in an enquiry, how we use it and how to contact us.
Which information do we process?
For an enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number and company, project information and supplied documents. We also record the source page, selected service, project type, language, campaign parameters, timestamp and enquiry reference. A temporary hashed technical identifier is used to limit abuse.
Why do we use this information?
To handle your question, discuss missing information and prepare a quotation. Processing relates to your request for steps before a possible agreement. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Documents and access
Upload only documents you may share. Where possible, remove unnecessary information about other people. Files are checked and stored outside the public website. Only authorised handlers and necessary technical providers have access. Files are not available through public download links.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 90 days. For commissioned work, necessary documents enter the project file under the agreed arrangements and applicable retention duties. Temporary abuse-prevention information is removed after a short period.

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing. Include your enquiry reference so the correct information can be found. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no advertising pixels or external analytics. A necessary session secures the enquiry form. Project-check answers and limited source information are temporarily kept in this browser session to prefill your enquiry. Contact details and uploaded documents are not automatically stored in browser storage.
