Clear agreements in advance.
A good brief starts with knowing what you receive, what you provide and what falls outside scope.
An enquiry is not yet a commission
Submitting the form requests contact and a quotation. It does not automatically create a payment obligation. The written quotation establishes the brief, responsible contracting party, deliverables, schedule, price and applicable agreements.
Starting prices and changes
Starting prices apply to straightforward, defined situations with sufficient information. Investigations, extra elements and design changes may involve additional work, discussed beforehand.
Use of documents
Final project documents are intended only for the described project and stated assumptions. Discrepancies in existing buildings and design changes must be reported. Example drawings on this website are not suitable for construction.
Guarantee
The structural approval guarantee applies under its separate terms. It covers additions within scope and does not guarantee a permit. Clients' statutory rights remain applicable.
Before entering an agreement
Check the contracting party, information and documents you must supply, how changes are handled, and arrangements for payment, delivery, cancellation and follow-up support in the quotation.
