Zeist allows digital requests for a building file or environmental permit for a property or plot, using DigiD or eHerkenning. A pending application has a different viewing route from an existing file; check which category you need.
Using a roof as a terrace
An existing roof has not necessarily been assessed for occupation. Describe terrace use, access, finishes and any planters. Supply available roof framing and support information. A photograph of the roof surface alone is insufficient. Rules governing terrace use and appearance are considered separately from the structural scope.
