For the former municipality of Groningen, it lists records from 1878–October 2010 at Groninger Archieven. Follow the route for your address; today’s municipal name is not always the archive name.
Reviewing existing investigations alongside a new renovation plan
Do you already have an inspection, damage or repair report? Supply it in full and explain which works have since been completed. An earlier report may address a different question from your proposed renovation. Clarify what was investigated then and what you want to change now. No conclusion about your building is drawn from the region alone.
