Where can you find local information?
Lelystad’s municipal FAQ directs building drawing and file requests to its permit viewing route. If previously requested documents have not arrived, it provides contact options for follow-up. Keep the request confirmation and file reference.
Providing a house file as a coordinated set
For several proposed alterations, provide one overview of the house: for example a new kitchen layout, a wider opening and more attic space. Identify the drawings for each alteration while keeping their relationship clear. An unsorted folder can obscure which versions are current. Maintain a simple document register.
These points help you prepare. They are not an assessment of a particular property.
Three actions to prepare your enquiry
- Number the proposed alterations on one overview.
- Include a list of file names and revision dates.
- Identify outstanding archive requests.
What scope fits your proposal?
Send the records you have found together with your proposed changes. We discuss the calculations, structural drawings and any additional information required. An archive record describes a documented situation; its correspondence with the current building needs assessment. The quotation defines the work and price.
Check permits and other consents separately for the project address. Our structural approval guarantee covers additions to our own documents within the agreed scope. The municipality decides on planning and permit approval.
